- Stretch, Relax, Strengthen. Designed to give everyone a wonderful strengthening and stretching practice that they can take home, repeat and incorporate into their lives.
Megan’s class on Monday evenings is a beginner friendly combination of Lyengar, Hatha, Ashtanga and Bikram flow.
Bonnie's class on Wednesday & Saturday mornings is a beginner friendly deep stretch vinyasa flow.
