Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
What are the fees at Sapphire-Studio?

TUITION: Tuition is an annual fee based on 32 weeks of class. For the convenience of our families, this is payable in 9 installments on the 1st of each month. CLASS FEES: Class prices are charged per 30-minute increments. We offer unlimited pricing for dancers 6+ under and 7+. Enrollment Fees: $25/dancer including t-shirt. Monthly fees: 30 min classes $35 1 hour classes $65 Unlimited pricing options: Dancers ages 5 and under, $135/month Ages 6+, 5+ hours $250/month Sibling discounts: 10% discount per sibling RECITAL/SHOWCASE: There will be a recital fee of $78, split into 2 payments. 1 due on 1/20/23 and the second due on 3/17/23, which includes a recital t-shirt, TWO show tickets, and your recital dress rehearsal. Recital videography will be available for dancers digitally. Sibling recital fee: $45 (split 1/20/23 & 3/17/23) COSTUMES: DANCE PHOTOGRAPHY: COMPETITION: Please inquire for details.
How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
