HARPER BARBOUR
(Guest Instructor)
Harper has been dancing since the age of 3 and danced competitively from the ages 8-18. She has trained in the styles ballet, tap, jazz, modern, contemporary, lyrical, heels, pom, musical theater, and hip hop. Harper has previously trained with Myrna Kamara, Karissa Lea, Tori Melby, and Noelle Marsh and is still currently training with Mariah Reives and Annalise Coleman. She began choreographing and teaching privates and master classes at the age of 16. Most recently, she was the youngest finalist for the 2021 Atlanta Falcons Cheerleaders. Harper is currently a freshman at Grand Canyon University studying Business Administration and is actively pursuing her dream of becoming an NFL Cheerleader.
ZOEY PUGH
Zoey has been on Sapphire Studio Elite competition clogging team since 2017. She was inducted into the ACHF Junior All American Team in 2019, her team has been National Champions 3 years in a row. She has been an instructor at Sapphire-Studio for two years and loves to share her passion for the art of clogging! She hopes to attend NC State to study dance and business.
VELMY TRINIDAD
Velmy Liz Trinidad with more than 20 years of experience as a dance teacher and 13 years as a Zumba and Zumba Kids instructor. From the age of 3 she takes ballet, Jazz and Spanish Dance classes. She has had the opportunity to study Ballet at the National Ballet School in Cuba, Flamenco at the Matilde Coral School in Seville (Spain) Professional dancer in the area of Flamenco and Belly Dance. Dancer of Hip Hop and Jazz competitions in Puerto Rico.
She has studies in Ballet, Spanish Dance, Flamenco, Jazz, Hip Hop, Belley Dance, Salsa among other dance styles with an instructor from Puerto Rico, Spain and the United States.

KAYLEIGH BRODERICK
SSE Competition Dance Team Coach
Kayleigh Broderick is a Senior at UNC-Greensboro majoring in Dance Studies and Arts Administration as well as Physical Therapy. She started dancing at the age of four and began competing at age eleven with Stage Door Performing Arts Center in her hometown of Corning, New York. During these years she was able to train and perform in many styles such as contemporary, jazz, tap, ballet, modern, and hip hop. Throughout her training she also attended numerous competitions and conventions such as 24Seven Dance Convention, Titans of Dance, and STEPS on Broadway annually where she took classes from many talented choreographers. Kayleigh is passionate about helping students realize their love for dance!
MALLORY IDAVOY

Mallory spent 17 years as a competitive dancer, trained in many styles such as tap, jazz, ballet, modern, hip hop, gymnastics/acro, contemporary, lyrical and more. She proudly attended Florida School of the Arts as a dance entertainment major and had been part of 3 different SWFL dance companies since.
She began teaching classes at her home studio in Florida as an assistant at the age of 13 and had her own class full time by age 14. She has continued dance instruction throughout the years in addition to working her personal career full time.   She relocated NC in April of 2018 and is excited to be sharing her passion with all of our students at Sapphire-Studio!

April has had a love of dance for over 25 years. Dancing started in her early childhood, with a variety of styles. Winning numerous awards competitively with NC State Fair, ACHF & CCA clogging sanctioned events, she has been directing competitive clogging teams since 2011. Graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from UNCG, she attended numerous dance collegiate level classes. She has a passion not only for dance but for fitness as well. Training clients and teaching fitness classes since 2015, she believes success starts within.
