Position: Part-Time Dance Instructor

Position: Student Success Advisor (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Sapphire Studio in Liberty, NC, is seeking a dedicated Student Success Advisor to join our team. As a Student Success Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our academy programs, where character development and leadership are key components. If you possess strong communication skills, enjoy client interaction, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with administrators and instructors to foster character development and leadership in youth and adults.
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
- Offer crucial administrative support to instructors.
- Assist prospective students through the enrollment process.
- Maintain regular communication with students via email, text, and phone.
- Manage studio phone inquiries and voicemails.
- Keep the studio database up-to-date for students and prospects.
- Maintain the studio's daily schedule and prospect tracking.
- Welcome and assist prospects and students.
- Conduct enrollment conferences with prospects and enroll new students.
- Offer administrative support for special events and performances.
- Serve as the friendly face and social hub at the studio.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team to manage academy programs and execute special events.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new skills and approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve personal goals.

Compensation:
Starting Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, based on experience.

Availability:
Candidates must be available Monday-Thursday afternoons/evenings from 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM.
