Our programs are designed to meet each dancer where they are, whether they’re stepping into their very first class, exploring dance as a fun activity, or training at a higher level to reach new goals. With a balance of structured learning and joyful movement, Sapphire Studio is a place where every dancer can shine.

At Sapphire Studio Dance Academy, our experienced staff carefully evaluate each dancer’s age, ability, and goals to ensure proper class placement. We’ll recommend the right fit so your dancer receives the best training and progression possible.

Dancers begin with our core Technique Classes: Ballet, Jazz, and FST - that build strong foundations. From there, they can expand their training with Specialty Styles like Hip Hop, Acro/Tumble, and Clogging, designed to broaden skills, creativity, and performance opportunities.
Youth Fundamentals Program
This program is designed for ages 5-15. This program combines two technique classes per week.
Most students train for at least 1 year of before moving up a level.

Pre-Level Programs
The pre-level programming is designed for ages 2-4. Most students begin in the Creative Movement combination training twice a week, before studying under our pre level Ballet combo program for at least one year.
Specialty Youth Styles
Acro/Tumbling | Clogging | Hip Hop
Adult Fundamentals Program
The adult program is designed for ages 16+. This program combines two technique classes per week.
Most Students train for a year before moving up a level.

Recreational Dance
Creative Movement
An introduction to dance for our youngest students, Creative Movement develops coordination, listening skills, and imagination through playful movement activities. Perfect for building confidence and a love of dance from the start.
Ballet
The foundation of all dance forms, Ballet builds grace, strength, balance, and discipline. Dancers develop strong technique, posture, and artistry through classical movement.
Clogging
A lively, rhythmic dance style that blends traditional Appalachian roots with modern flair. Dancers build precision, stamina, and showmanship while keeping the beat with their feet.
Hip Hop
A high-energy style rooted in street dance culture. Dancers build strength and power while training in foundational moves like grooves, footwork, freezes, and b-boy/b-girl inspired skills, with emphasis on Hip Hop’s history and roots.
Pre Level Ballet Combo
This fun and structured class introduces dancers to the basics of Ballet and Tap. Students explore rhythm, musicality, balance, and movement while learning classroom structure in a supportive environment.
Jazz
Jazz combines technique with energy and style. Classes focus on flexibility, turns, leaps, and expressive movement, helping dancers gain confidence and performance quality.
Acro/Tumbling
This class fuses acrobatics and dance, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and control. Dancers learn safe progressions for skills like rolls, handstands, limbers, and aerial tricks.
FST
Flexibility, Strength & Technique
A conditioning class designed to enhance every dancer’s performance. FST develops core strength, flexibility, alignment, and control to support safe, polished technique.
